Hello everyone my name is Alika Villiatora and I am a black belt in bjj. I have been training jiu-jitsu since I was 5 years old. I also wrestled 4 years in high school where I accomplished 3 regional titles, placed 2 times at state, and claimed the 132lbs state title my Senior year of high school. I currently an instructor at my family’s owned gym Vills Bros Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The techniques I am showing are details on how I like to pass the spider guard, spider lasso, spider foot to shoulder and spider deep lasso positions.The moves I show can be used from white belt all the way to black belt.
