Professor Dominick Galluccio is a black belt in the Machado lineage under Professor Sean Stewart.

Having won the Welterweight “F2W Pro” title belt as a brown belt he was quickly promoted to black in Denver, CO. at “Colorado Brazilian JiuJitsu Satori.”

Known for his unique game, that was developed over 14 years, he’s now sought after for seminars & workshops across the country. His signature, unique framing system, known as “The Pipecleaner,” & his creative submissions, “The Oma-cana” & “The Swimming Arm-Bar,” have earned him the nickname of “The Joker” amongst his opponents, teammates & peers.

Thus, “Joker JiuJitsu” was born…🤡☠️🤡

Omakana-

I discovered the Omakana back when I was a blue belt in New York. My professors told me not to pursue it and didn’t explain why. They scoffed at it and said it was useless. Then I moved to Colorado and my professor Sean Stuart thought it was creative and interesting so I developed it and actually hit it on multiple black belts.

The omakana is an Americana with the legs from bottom guard position. It’s similar in principle to the Omaplata. Difference being that everything is reversed and adapted to turning the shoulder in the Americana direction and not the Kimora direction.

Pipe cleaner sweep spine crank-

the pipe cleaner is an arm position that allows the user to establish a tracking frame to track the shoulder movement and set up sweeps from side control bottom as well as establish a reverse hook and or inverted half guard hold creating many opportunities for sweeps and submissions.

Shoulder lock sweep-

This shoulder lock sweep allows the user to sweep to shoulder lock Americana and creates an opportunity to utilize overlooks for submission attacks.

Side control shoulder lock-

This is a sneaky Kimora that can catch people off guard when hunting for submissions from dominant side control.

Turtle to crucifix series-

This lesson on turtle to crucifix will explore underutilized armbars, crucifix set up’s and Kimora’s from turtle.

Swimming shoulder lock-

This is a hidden gem of secret techniques that I have found and used to submit those who get a little comfortable being on top side control with me. You can find a shoulder lock here that I have hit on black belts. This will also set up sweeps and allow cause people to abandon side control on you.

Donkey guard and reverse triangle series-

The donkey guard is a reverse guard and is underutilized in most people’s Jiujitsu games, learning this guard will allow you to take advantage of people who dont train in this position and it’s a lot of fun exposing that flaw. The reverse triangle is a great entry point to it. If the reverse triangle is failing you can switch to the donkey guard.

So learning the reverse triangle will set you up for a rabbit hole of guard work that never really gets explored.
